Get to Know Joel Flaming

Joel Flaming is the Assistant Vice President of Enrollment and Marketing at Warner. He started working at Warner as an admissions counselor in 2019 and transitioned to his current role in 2024. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Leadership from 漫天堂入口 in 2019. He went on to earn his Master of Science in Management from Warner in 2022. Joel also holds and earned a Doctorate of Education in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University in 2025.

Joel grew up on a small island in the Caribbean called Bonaire. His favorite Bible passage is Proverbs 3:5-6: 鈥淭rust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.鈥�
